“Tah Dah Moment” epiphanies are when you finally see the big picture. It’s also the overwhelming joy of not only have I got it, but I accomplished it. I have arrived, TAH DAH!!!
My first “Tah Dah Moment” in my journey came from these Words in Ephesians.
“In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of the truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the guarantee of out inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His Glory. For this reason, I too, having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which exists among you and your love for all the saints, do not cease giving thanks for you, while making mention of you in my prayers; that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. These are in accordance with the working of the strength of His might which He brought about in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, are above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come. And He put all things in subjection under His feet and gave Him as head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.” Ephesians 1:13-23
Did you get that? Did you see what God has really said? If not, read it again. All the negative things that happen to you in life IS NOT God’s Intention for you. As we’ve said before Yes, He sees you spend every second, every minute, every hour, every day, every week, every year listening to the negativity that is being fed to you and how you act upon it with your negative self-talk.
As I said even satan will chime in convincing you that you don’t measure up to God’s standards, that you can’t and won’t ever amount to anything and you are too far gone for Him to care about you.
“For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.” Ephesians 2:8-10
Think about it, for me it was the most important “Tah Dah moment.” Here I am chosen by God Himself before the world was ever made, I was His and that I am already blessed with Every spiritual blessing. HE CHOSE ME IN HIM (ME)!!!! Tah Dah! I get it Lord. I finally get it!!!!
YOU WERE CHOSEN BY GOD HIMSELF IN HIS BELOVED!!! Have you got it yet? This is the most awesome thing this woman could ever hear! You were chosen by God himself. You are in HIS beloved.
To reiterate: “God has chosen you. You are His beloved. It’s not that sin has no more presence in your life, but rather that you realize sin has no more power over your life. Temptation will NEVER overtake you.
If you could look through the infinite eyes of God, you could really see what Ephesians 1:3 says to you “who has blessed you with EVERY spiritual blessing”. EVERY does not mean some, a little, maybe a few, a good amount, no it means ALL THAT HE CAN AND WILL GIVE YOU.
Remember - God is a gracious and loving God. He teaches you and gives you more when you have reached the point of willingness to hear it.
I don’t feel God gives you more than you can handle, but I do know from my experience that I was too scared and found myself still thinking with my finite mind and not my infinite mind.
I know some say “Aha”, but I prefer “Tah Dah”. It's a grander gesture when celebrating with that overwhelming joy of I have made it, TAH DAH!!! Most times it takes me awhile to get it; so, when I do, I give praise to the Lord.
My hope for you is that throughout your time you will celebrate a lot of “Tah Dah Moments.”
So, you can either
~ do as I do I raise my head up and spread my arms out towards heaven and shout with great jubilation “Tah Dah”!!!
~ do a happy dance or
~ any other celebration no matter how silly it may be.
JUST CELEBRATE! It is invigorating!!!
