About Me

"I lost 'ME', the person I once was, the person God intended me to be. I would look in the mirror and not see anything but the shell of a person. I had become self-loathing, depressed and believed all the verbal cruelty. I went from group to group, friend to friend, trying to find the answer, crying desperately in deep anguish to God, but never really hearing anything because I was so closed off. When you are in that state of being, every day is a struggle, your faith and trust is weak, you’re in such a deep hole you can’t find your way out. All you hear is the negativity over and over. 

​To take my life back I had to really wholeheartedly want it. I had to fight for it. Satan wanted me dead and he almost accomplished it.  I had to dig very deep and open that closed vault of a heart and become vulnerable again to make it".

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.      II Timothy 1:7

Power 2B Me is my overcoming story. I went through 5 years of trying to get my life back from my broken and fragmented life. I couldn't see past the pain, the abuses, the grief, and the depression
Never did I ever think that through the journey God was going to have me to use my gift of training to help others to realize their overcoming story.
As I begun to write the workbook, I titled it “Shattered Dreams the Wounded Relationships of Women”.  I was still in that wounded state and was still growing. Before God allowed me to begin actually teaching, He brought me out of the shattered state of mind and was transforming me into being stringer and confident in who I was again.
The title changed to "Taking Me Back". However, again my life changed. As I was honored to be my Dad's caregiver for 6 years.
During that time, I grew even stronger in my understanding of the renewed strength God was giving me.  I saw the power He was renewing into my life.  I had begun to understand what His plan, His Purpose and His Intention for me was. 
He gave me so vividly that is was to be Power 2B Me as His word promised in II Timothy 1:7 He doesn't give us the spirit of fear, but of Power and of love and a sound mind.
I found the power to be "Me" again, and He makes my passion stronger each day to help others get their 'ME' back. To see themselves as God sees us powerful, loved and having a sound mind not a shattered one. To have true joy and an abundance of never-ending love again for themselves or for the first time in their life.
I pray God will continue to use me and my story to become a survival guide for others to have the joy of Discovering His Divine Intention for their life.   

I have been a professional speaker, trainer, biblical counselor and facilitator for over 35 years. 

With an unpretentious passion and uncanny sensitivity for people, along with my intuitive sense of discerning people's “needs” I immediately put a person at ease.  

I value people and recognizes their strengths. My greatest desire is to help everyone see those strengths for themselves and encourage them to set and achieve what seemed to them as “insurmountable goals!”

Throughout my career I have worked in faith-based ministry, in private and in government sectors. I have worked with teenagers and adults in all sectors.  

During my life I have gained a tremendous understanding and expertise in the area of interpersonal communications and personal development.

My creative design, humor, and spontaneity combined with my professionalism allows me to get the point across to very diverse groups.

With my deep compassion for helping others grow; I will undeniably make you laugh, share valuable insights and provide you with countless tools to achieving your journey.
