Most sessions are designed for group interaction providing accountability, support and feedback from others who are striving to reach their goals while obtaining support of others. Group programs are currently available in-person with future goals to include online sessions.

Each sessions Facilitation includes Providing:

Frequency Invigoration

Frequency Invigoration - Our bodies contain certain frequencies in the form of energy. Those frequencies can go “out of tune” at times, which causes pain, discomfort, or stress.

Providing balancing frequencies can help you maintain an overall wellbeing to function with everyday challenges. 

Each therapy session is 1 to 2 hours depending on what session packages you choose from.

I consider myself more of a guide allowing you to see your life in a different perspective. 

As you reframe your thoughts to identify your own strengths and achieving insurmountable goals as you transform into your God intended powerful authority, living in His Glory and Affirming your Godly Inheritance.

Personal Individual Transformation Facilitation

I will share God’s truths in His Word and things that I know from my life’s experience that will help bring healing and take the Power of your life back. Whether you are:

  • Dealing with stressful situations, depression, grief or abusive or controlling selfish relationships at home and work.
  • Wanting to develop more positive Christ like intentional choices.

My focus will be on helping you see the vision of yourself that feels true and help you break limiting lifestyle choices and beliefs.  Gaining fulfillment in your life creating unbounded opportunities and new behaviors that foster strengthening powerful growth.    

While creating meaningful experiences that result in transformation empowerment. 

This requires that we both tell the hard truth. We will partner in stretching you, replacing your fears and frustrations with peace and tremendous joy.  Discussions may be emotional and that’s totally acceptable and anticipated. I will cry with you if needed and most of all I promise I will Celebrate ALL Your "Tah Dah Moments"! 

 

No matter what I do it all depends on how willing you are to allow the truths and positive intentions permeate your life.

However great they are – miracles can’t happen without you.   YOU need to show up and do the work.
